Services & Programs
We offer three core programs:
Residential Group Homes with 24/7 care in a safe, home-like environment
Ayuda In-Home Support for individuals who prefer to remain in their own homes
Club Elite Day Program, providing engaging daytime support, learning, and recreation
Our day program offers a structured and supportive environment that includes skill development, recreational activities, creative arts, health and wellness, and social engagement. Transportation, meals/snacks, and therapeutic services are also included.
Yes, all programs are personalized and may include behavioral support, healthcare coordination, life skills training, and family support as needed.
Eligibility & Access
Our services are available to individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities, often referred through Virginia’s Community Service Boards (CSBs). Private referrals and inquiries from families are also welcome.
You can start by contacting us directly or working with your local CSB. We will guide you through the eligibility, intake, and care planning process.
Yes, most services are Medicaid-funded through the Developmental Disabilities Waiver. We can also assist with understanding available funding options and navigating applications.
Care Approach
We develop personalized care plans based on the individual’s abilities, goals, and preferences, in collaboration with their family, guardians, and care team.
Group homes provide shared residential care with 24/7 staff support and structured daily routines. In-home support is delivered in the individual's private residence and is tailored around their existing lifestyle and environment.
Families play a key role. We maintain open communication and encourage ongoing participation in goal-setting, planning, and progress reviews.
Licensing, Safety & Support
Yes. EHS is fully licensed in the state of Virginia to provide person-centered, community-based support in accordance with state and federal standards.
We follow strict health, safety, and emergency protocols. All staff are trained in crisis response, medication management, and specialized care procedures.
Yes. We provide safe and reliable transportation for day programs, community outings, and essential appointments, depending on the service plan.
Our staff undergo continuous training and supervision. We conduct regular quality checks and collaborate closely with CSBs to ensure consistent, high-standard care.
